Welcome to MB Podiatry

We specialise in the assessment and treatment of the foot and lower limb

Everybody takes their feet for granted and its not until problems (pain generally) occur that we need a helping hand. Keeping mobile is very important for all of us whatever our age. At MB Podiatry we specialise in just that, from babies (yes they need their feet looking after ) to those of us in our twilight years.

So if you have painful feet give us a call

So What is a Podiatrist or Chiropodist?

Did You Know?

Our feet walk over 100,000 miles in a lifetime, approximately 7500 steps a day

During an average day of walking the total forces on your feet can total hundreds of tonnes.

The foot accounts for 25% of the total bones in your body

There are 26 bones in the foot, 33 joints and over 100 ligaments and muscles, making it a strong, complex mechanical structure, as leonardo de vinci said " The foot is a masterpiece of engineering and a work of art" .

The afternoon is the optimum time to shop for shoes as the foot tends to swell slightly throughout the day
